I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over 15 years of experience in health and clinical psychology. I treat a variety of mental health disorders and also provide additional psychological services, including psychological testing and consultation services for professionals and organizations regarding behavioral health program development and design and addressing medical trauma for healthcare providers. I have a passion for women's health, and have training in maternal mental health, perimenopause, menopause and aging. My own personal experiences with loss, premature delivery, NICU life, juggling motherhood with career, and navigating hormonal changes as I age have fueled my desire to continue to focus on, and advocate for, women's health throughout the lifespan.

As a licensed clinical psychologist with extensive experience working in the health and physical rehabilitation setting, I have worked with individuals across the lifespan, working on wellness, lifestyle medicine, chronic disease prevention, and adjustment to changes in health, coping with current life stressors/medical conditions and recovering from injuries.  I have experience developing interdisciplinary programs to treat comorbid physical and mental health conditions and have in-depth experience training students and professionals in the area of health psychology.

Included below are some standout reads, podcasts, and quotes that will inspire and support you on your journey.  Please be mindful as they cover a variety of different topics and may be triggering to some.  And, if you want a more comprehensive list (or if you have more recommendations), I would love to hear from you.

Mental health and wellness are woven together. Taking the first step in asking for help is often the most difficult step to take.
